THE WORST

This is by far one of the worst companies when it comes to shipping. HOLY CRAP are they horrible, no tracking for the first 4 days after I placed the order, then tracking finally shows up, it gets shipped to Florida, goes to Orlando, Clearwater, Seminole, Clearwater, Seminole now their somehow in Jacksonville, mind you I live in Clearwater. This is not an exaggeration or hyperbole. DO yourself a favor and NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

So bad you wouldn’t believe

So bad you wouldn’t believe. First order not arrived and not trackable for 6 weeks now. Replacement order same. Refund apparently processed but only shipping cost not the total amount. Bad service, borderline fraudulent. Do not waste your time.

No complaints

I ordered 4 pairs, reading sunglasses, bluelightglasses and 2 sunglasses. It took a little less than a month to get to europe, which is ok. Customer service responded quickly and was helpful. It was very safely packaged and the quality seems good so far.

Placed and order and paid for next day…

Placed and order and paid for next day shipping on a Thursday and won’t get me package until Monday. That doesn’t seem like next day shipping. 👎🏾👎🏾 For this company, very disappointed.!

Do Not buy Prive Revaux Sunglasses

Do Not buy Prive Revaux Sunglasses. I purchased 2 pairs and when I received them they fit my face horribly. When I asked for refund information, I was told that 1 pair was non-refundable. NOWHERE was it stated that this pair was non-refundable. In addition, they were charging me more tax and shipping to return them than I paid so essentially getting less than HALF credit to return the 1 pair. When I reached out to customer service, they were completely useless and did nothing to address or resolve my issues. They made references to their website refunds policies but never addressed the issue of the glasses that were NOW Non-refundable. Thoroughly disgusted with the lack of customer support and zero resolution and now I am stuck with $60 worth of glasses I will not wear.

Almost scam level

I’ve been waiting 4 weeks for my order so far and the tracking number they gave me doesn’t work. I’ve reached out 4-5x. They keep giving me the run-around saying they’re looking into it. I can only get them through email. Their phone line goes to voicemail. I left a msg 3 weeks ago and no one has called back. Terrible service. Think Jamie Foxx knows how bad they’re running this company??

Purchased a pair of sunglasses…

Purchased a pair of sunglasses connoisseur. Nose pads fell off. Called company and no help offered. Would not recommend them to anyone. Terrible service . won't call back! Get someone with barking dogs that can't do anything. VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

Horrible quality glasses - Don't buy!

I have bought 3 pairs of blue light reading glasses from Prive Revaux. I really liked the first pair but the frames were cheaply made and broke after a couple of months. The other two pairs had lenses that required me to sit within 12 inches of my laptop screen - talk about impractical. They obviously didn't make the lenses correctly but won't do anything about it. Luckily I bought the last two pairs on clearance so I didn't pay much for them.

Never got my glasses and bad customer service

I ordered a pair of blue light glasses from Privé and was very excited to receive it. When I checked the shipping status weeks later I saw that it had supposedly already been delivered to my apartment. However, when I asked my front desk if they received the item (they keep very detailed notes), they said they had not. I contacted Privé to let them know I did not receive these glasses. They emailed back that the postal service tracking said it had arrived to my place, so there was nothing they could do about it. While I understand it might not be Privé's fault that it did not arrive, it is also not my fault it did not arrive. Yet there was not sympathy or effort to help on their end. It seems unfortunate that a popular company like this would treat a customer in such an unprofessional way. Just be careful when you order and pray that it doesn't get lost in the mail because Privé sure won't be there to have your back.
